Local Freemasons Welcome Public on April 6th.

Joining with Masonic lodges across the Commonwealth, Freemasons meeting in the 14th Masonic District (Ayer, Bedford, Burlington, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln and Littleton), will open their doors to the public on Saturday, April 6th, between 9 am and 3 pm, as part of the 2013 Spring Open House, a state-wide celebration of Freemasonry.  If you’ve ever wondered who the Freemasons are, whether they are the descendants of the Knights Templars, or what the inside of their building looks like, here’s your chance to find out.

Caleb Butler hosts St. Valentines Murder Mystery Dinner

Caleb Butler lodge is hosting another murder mystery dinner event, the St. Valentines Day Murder Myster. The event will be held on February 16th, starting at 6pm. Tickets ar $25/pp and can be purchased by contacting Rick Dickson at 978-400-1100. There will also be a silent auction. The last murder mystery dinner was a lot of fun (just ask anyone who attended!), so you won't want to miss this one.

Wor. Harold H. Sargent, Jr., receives the Daniel Carter Beard Masonic Scouter Award

Wor. Hal Sargent was presented the Daniel Carter Beard Masonic Scouter Award at the January Communication of Frank W. Thompson Lodge for his dedication to both Scouting and Masonry.

Masonic Career Fair

Begin Your Masonic Journey Today

Saturday February 26th, from 9:30am-1pm at the National Heritage Museum in Lexington, MA a Masonic Career Fair will be held for all recently raised Master Masons. Learn the different opportunities to become involved in your Lodge including its many committees, charities, and events. There are ways for every Brother to help their Lodge that can fit in your schedule. Speakers include those from Grand Lodge and throughout the jurisdiction. The event is presented by Team Guiding Principle of the 2010-2011 Masonic Leadership Institute class.

Boston Masonic Walking Tour

Saturday November 13th, at 10am Brother William Flamburis of Joseph Warren-soley
Lodge has organized a Masonic Freedom Trail Walk. The approximately 1.5 mile walk
will be lead and narrated by Massachusetts own Masonic History Buff, Graeme Marsden.

Those interested in attending should meet at 10am in the foyer of the Grand Lodge in
Boston where an abbreviated tour of the building will be given. After which the walking
tour will begin, ending at the famous Union Oyster House around 12pm.

Wor. Geoffrey Kromer receives the Joseph Warren Medal

September 13, 2010  Wor. Geoffrey Kromer, Past Master of Caleb Butler Lodge was awarded the Joseph Warren Distinguished Service Award at the hand of Rt. Wor. Kenneth W. Pfeiffer, District Deputy Grand Master.  Wor. Bro. Kromer is currently District Deputy Grand Marshal.
